Cookies and analytics

This website uses no cookies and does not track you across the internet. To measure traffic we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a tool that works without cookies and without any visitor identifiers. It collects only aggregated data, such as page views and loading speed, from which you cannot be identified. That is why the site needs no cookie banner.

E-mail communication

If you write to info@neurera.ai, we process the data you include in your message, typically your name, e-mail address and the content of the message, in order to handle your request and follow up with you. The legal basis is pre-contractual negotiation under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, or our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We keep messages only for as long as needed to handle the matter.

Hosting and technical data

The website runs on Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare, Inc. When delivering the site and protecting it against attacks, Cloudflare briefly processes technical data such as IP addresses and request logs, acting as our processor. Transfers of data to the USA are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Fonts and external services

Fonts and all content are served directly from our website. The only external service is the Cloudflare Web Analytics measurement script described above. Links to LinkedIn lead to an external site with its own privacy policy.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access your personal data and obtain a copy,
• have inaccurate data corrected,
• have your data erased and processing restricted,
• object to processing and to data portability,
• lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).
